Griffins had an incredible AusChamps 2026, with strong racing, team spirit, and plenty of memorable moments on and off the water.

Our juniors stepped up into premier racing, gaining valuable national-level experience, while our 12 ACT representatives, Invictus veterans, and Paradragon paddler all raced with determination and pride.

Highlights included our inaugural Senior C Mixed 10s crew reaching the semifinals in both the 200m and 500m, and our Premier Women powering straight into the 500m semifinal after finishing second in their heat.

A huge thank you to Head Coach Michelle for her dedication throughout the campaign, and to Alison for volunteering in marshalling.

Beyond the results, the standout feature of AusChamps was the incredible ACT team spirit, with clubs supporting each other every step of the way. Griffins return home proud, inspired, and already looking ahead to 2027.
